REGISTRATION FOR THE 2014 MICHIGAN AREA SCHOOL FOR LICENSE AS A LOCAL PASTOR IS NOW CLOSED

Registration Deadline – June 1, 2015 (AVAILABLE SPRING 2015)

Option 1 – Print and Mail

• Complete the application.  Please note that you will not be able to save this application once you complete it – it must be printed!
• Mail the following items to the Registrar:
  • Copy of your “Certificate of Candidacy” or a letter from your DS stating that you have met the Disciplinary requirements to be considered a “Certified Candidate” must be sent to the registrar.
  • Completed application for enrollment signed by you and by your District Superintendent
  • Registration fee of $150.  Make your check payable to West Michigan Conference Treasurer, and note “Licensing School”
  • Professional Resume

Option 2 – Online Registration

• Complete the application.  This application will be submitted electronically, and requires payment of your registration fee, via a Credit / Debit card or PayPal.
• Email copies of the following items to the registrar ([email protected]), preferably within one week of your registration, but no later than the June 1, 2014 registration deadline.
  • Copy of your “Certificate of Candidacy” or a letter from your DS stating that you have met the Disciplinary requirements to be considered a “Certified Candidate” must be sent to the registrar.
  • Completed application for enrollment signed by you and by your District Superintendent
  • Registration fee of $150.  Make your check payable to West Michigan Conference Treasurer, and note “Licensing School”
